About GhostClick

GhostClick is an AI-moderated research interview platform: researchers write a discussion guide once, and an AI moderator conducts the interview with every participant, by voice or text, in the participant's own time.

Why it exists

Research interviews are the highest-signal method in the qualitative toolkit, and the least scalable. A skilled moderator can run perhaps five sessions a day; recruiting, scheduling, moderating, transcribing, and synthesising a 20-person study routinely takes weeks. Most teams respond by doing less research than their decisions deserve.

GhostClick removes the bottleneck without removing the method. The discussion guide still encodes the researcher's craft, the follow-up probing still digs beneath first answers, but the moderation runs in parallel, around the clock, in 7 languages.

What the platform does

Researchers build reusable discussion-guide templates and attach them to studies. Participants each receive a unique link: no account, no scheduling, consent up front, answers by voice (up to three minutes per answer) or text, with the option to switch modes or pause and resume. The platform then produces per-session AI summaries, cross-participant analysis with ROI/effort-scored recommendations, editable reports, and CSV, JSON, and PDF exports. Audio and media are stored at rest in a per-study region (UK, EU, or US); see the privacy policy for the full data-handling picture.

Where it is headed

GhostClick is designed so that AI agents, as well as humans, will eventually be able to commission research from real human participants. The first slice of that agent interface is live as an API (reading results and regenerating analysis); commissioning through it is on the roadmap, and the current state is documented for developers and agents at /docs.
